Degraded Email Delivery (2FA Login Codes & Notifications)
Incident description:
We are currently experiencing delays and failed deliveries for some outgoing emails, including 2FA (two-factor authentication) login codes and other system notifications.
This is being caused by an external email delivery disruption affecting Microsoft-hosted email services (including Outlook / Office 365 / Hotmail / Live). As a result, some recipient mail servers may respond with temporary delivery errors, which can lead to delayed or missing 2FA codes.

Impact:
- Some users may be unable to log in due to 2FA emails not being received
- Email notifications may be delayed or intermittently undelivered, especially to Microsoft email domains
Current status:
We are actively monitoring the situation and will publish updates as soon as Microsoft service stability improves and delivery returns to normal.

- Wait a few minutes and request a new 2FA code
